My Approach
As a gentle sleep coach, I know that sleep isn’t just about schedules and routine’s, it’s about connection, trust, and the unique bond you share with your child. So many families I meet are exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next. They’ve tried advice from friends, frantic Google searches at 2 am, or even methods that never felt right in their heart. I want you to know, you are not alone.
At The Sleepy Baby, I don’t believe in “cry it out” or closing the door and waiting for things to magically get better. I believe in responding to your child’s needs, offering them comfort and reassurance, while also giving them the gentle space they need to learn and practice new sleep skills. Babies and toddlers are capable of independent sleep, but they learn best when they feel safe, secure, and supported.
Every family has their own rhythm, and every child has their own temperament. That’s why I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I get to know your story, your child’s personality, your family’s routines, and your parenting values, so we can create a plan that feels like a natural extension of the way you already love and care for your child.
I believe sleep coaching should never feel like a battle. It should feel like teamwork, you and your child working together, with me right beside you, guiding you step by step. My approach is about small, sustainable changes that build your child’s confidence in sleep while protecting the strong bond you’ve worked so hard to create.
At The Sleepy Baby, my goal isn’t just to help your child sleep better (though that will come! It’s to help your whole family feel more rested, peaceful, and confident. Because when your child feels loved and supported, sleep becomes something they can lean into with trust. And when you feel calm and empowered, bedtime transforms from a struggle into a moment of connection.
